We extend our gratitude to Vice Mayor Y.K. Chalamcherla of Folsom for generously dedicating his time to attend the awards ceremony. His presence served as a source of inspiration as he congratulated and encouraged our young volunteers to persist in their service projects. Additionally, he had the honor of presenting the awards to these dedicated youth volunteers.
