Mental Health Talks
With the help of a few mentors, we educated students in India on the importance of excellent mental health. Emphasizing topics such as handling stress and improving self-esteem through yoga, the students were able to walk away with multiple strategies to build excellent mental stability from an early age.

Telugu Books Campaign
In conjunction with Folsom Library, Friends of Folsom Library, and in close collaboration with local Telugu organizations and enthusiasts, Suvidha International Foundation is supporting an initiative to assemble an extensive compilation of Telugu books for the benefit of Folsom Library's patrons. Join us in this endeavor to preserve not just books, but memories, traditions, and the very essence of a community.
The Yoga Fest at Sacramento, California, witnessed the convergence of over 500 people from diverse age groups, genders, and backgrounds, joining together to celebrate the essence of yoga. Suvidha International Foundation partnered with Art of Living Foundation in organizing the Yoga Fest, an exuberant and joyous celebration dedicated to honoring International Yoga Day at Sacramento - California, USA.
